Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to the point that the brewery ships your order.

In order to cancel your order you must contact our customer services department immediately at cancellations@brewers-direct.co.uk. You may also write to us at Brewers-Direct.co.uk, PO Box 433, Lymington, SO41 1EH.

We shall reimburse the price of the products within 10 working days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.

 

Returns

If any or all of the items in your order are broken or otherwise damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at at returns@brewers-direct.co.uk. You may also write to us at Brewers-Direct.co.uk, PO Box 433, Lymington, SO41 1EH. You may return individual items or the entire case for a refund.

You must notify us within 5 working days from the delivery date of your order if it is damaged in any way.

 

Refunds

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund your order in full immediately without penalty.

If you cancel your order after is has been shipped, we will refund your order in full provided we receive your order back in full, including any free gifts (either if you refuse delivery or arrange return via contacting us at returns@brewers-direct.co.uk. You may also write to us at Brewers-Direct.co.uk, PO Box 433, Lymington, SO41 1EH) within 10 working days of receipt.

Nothing in this policy shall reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
